As the core component of wireless communication and navigation devices, unstable antenna performance will directly lead to the scrap of the entire batch of terminal products, bringing huge losses to our customers.
We have established an independent in-house R&D testing department, which controls product performance throughout the whole process from R&D prototyping to mass shipment, and operates independently of the production department:
✅ Equipped with industry-leading testing facilities: We have professional anechoic chamber, high-precision signal analyzer, environmental aging test chamber and other full set of testing equipment, which can cover all core performance tests including antenna gain, noise figure, VSWR, anti-interference ability, waterproof & dustproof performance, wide temperature adaptability, etc.
✅ Implements strict layered inspection standards: for mass production, we implement a three-layer inspection mechanism of incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and pre-shipment final inspection. If the sampling pass rate of a batch does not meet the standard, the whole batch will be re-inspected.
✅ Supports customized testing requirements: We can develop special testing schemes according to your specific application scenarios (such as vehicle extreme environment, UAV high-altitude operation, long-term deployment of outdoor IoT, etc.), to ensure that antennas fully match your project requirements.
